Yes – you must be 18 or over to be a member and to enter any of our draws. Our major prize draws are valid in all Australian states, except South Australia & ACT. Anybody over 18 can utilise our member discounts across Australia, so feel free to get started and save to your heart’s content!

You can also login to the Property Xclusive member’s area and check all of your entries there. It’s super easy! Once you become a registered Member, you’ll receive your login details to the Xclusive Members Portal. No, you do not have to be an Xclusive Loyalty Member to enter Major promotion draws and win. You can enter any draw with a one-time package purchase. There are multiple package options available. If you are an Xclusive Loyalty Member you are automatically in every promotional draw. If you have purchased package tickets from us before, keep a look out for emails from us, for any new & exciting Major promotional prize draws you may be interested in.

If a Property Xclusive Member wants to upgrade their membership, it will come into effect on your next billing cycle. Once that comes to effect, you will receive the amount of entries & access associated with that membership level. If we generate a new promotion, you will receive entries for that level at that time. If an Xclusive Member decides to downgrade their membership, that comes into effect on the next billing cycle and if we generate a new promotion, you’ll receive access and entries based on that level.

If you are on Platinum Xclusive membership for 4 months that gives you 60 entries. If you then you drop down to the entry-level Bronze membership for your 5th month, and we generate entries for a new promotion you will receive 3 extra entries.

If you start on a Bronze Xclusive membership for 4 months that gives you 12 entries. If you then upgrade to Platinum membership for your 5th month, and we generate entries for a new promotion you will receive an additional 15 entries.

Yes, they are. All of our trade promotion lotteries comply strictly with Australian Consumer Law and all relevant gaming regulations. We make sure that all of our trade promotion draws are fully transparent, fair and legally registered as required by state laws.

Yes, there are! The longer you are with us, the more chance you have of winning a prize. Either through one of our Member Only weekly prize draws, or one of our larger Major Prize Draws. Every month you are with us you accumulate more entries. You can still get more entries into a specific prize draw of your choice by purchasing one of our entry packages just for that draw, to give you even more chances to win. Plus, you also have continued access to discounts & offers from more and more of our business partners both locally and Australia wide. 

If you choose to cancel your membership, all active entries you have in any ongoing promotion will still be valid until the completion of the draw. Once your membership expires you will no longer have access to the members portal, nor will you be automatically included into any prize draws.

Yes! If you are over 18 and live in Australia you can become a member, and if we can get a winning prize out to you if you win, then you are legible to enter. Residents of SA & ACT are not be eligible to enter our major prize draws. They will however be able to enter our weekly Members Only draws up to a certain limit, and will have full access to our partner discounts in the members portal appropriate to their membership tier level.

When on the Property Xclusive website, select a Sign Up button, then select a membership subscription plan that best suits you, fill in your details and complete the registration process. Once you become a member you will receive a confirmation email form us with your tier level membership and login details.

Property Xclusive users the Stripe payment system which allows for all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and After Pay through our website as a secure and trusted payment system. Your payments are set up as monthly direct debit at the time you register. You will receive a confirmation email each time your payment is received, including a copy of your receipt. If you purchase a once-off individual package draw entry, your payment will be taken at the time your place your order and an email and receipt will be emailed to you.

As an Xclusive Loyalty Member you’ll receive entries into all of prize draws, both Member Only Draws and our Major Draws. The higher the level of loyalty membership you have entitles you to more entries. For example, if you have a Bronze Entry level membership, you will receive 3 entries for that month. Then for every month you are a member they accumulate (member for 3 months = 9 entries) (member for 6 month = 18 entries) and so on. If we generate entries for Major giveaways in that 6th month, you’ll receive 18 entries into each draw. If you are a Platinum loyalty member (15 accumulating entries each month), in 6 months you’ll have 90 entries into every draw. You will also have a 90 entries into all of our Member Only draws based on your tier level.

You accumulate more and more entries the longer you are a Property Xclusive Loyalty Member. Your total monthly entries accumulate by the number of months you remain a member with us. They are generated based on 2 specific factors. The number of months you’ve been a member and the membership tier level you are on at the time of an entry generation or promotion going live. Here’s how it works - if you are on bronze level membership for 6 months, you will have 18 entries. Then if you change your membership to the platinum level membership for your 5th month. If we generate entries for a new promotion while you’re on the platinum loyalty member tier level, you’ll receive an additional 15 entries. You will now continue to get an additional 15 entries into every draw while you stay on the platinum level.

Our trade promotion lotteries use the government approved Random Draws digital system which complies with all legalities regarding trade promotion lotteries and ensures a fair & random draw that is conducted transparently & fairly. The draws follow all the relevant legal and regulatory requirements, and the winner is randomly selected from our entry pool. The Radom draw system is run at the specified draw time and a winner is randomly selected. The winner is contacted immediately after the draw, by phone and live if possible. All winners from either our member only draws or our major draws will be posted on our website and social media platforms to ensure complete transparency.

When you become a Property Xclusive Loyalty member you are asked for your contact details, including your email address & mobile number. These are then used to contact you if you are a winner of one of our draws. You will be contacted within 48 hours of the promotion drawing time. All major prize winners are contacted immediately.

The draws are live streamed on our Facebook page, so feel free to watch any of the most recent draws on our page. Property Xclusive uses the digital Randon Draw system. Your name goes into the draw the with the number of entries associated with that promotion purchased or your accumulated loyalty entries based on your membership level and months as an Xclusive member.

Yes, we certainly are. Property Xclusive has created the “Sports Support Program”, which is all about supporting local kids & adults sporting clubs, with monthly promotions for equipment or funding. It’s 100% free for clubs to register and get involved. Whether you’re a member or not, you can get your local club involved today. Get the president or secretary of the club to jump onto the Property Xclusive website, go to the Sports Support Program sign up page and fill in your clubs’ details. We also have our CFA Support Program, Surf Life Saving Support Program and our RSL Support Program, helping these local institutions across Australia.

If you no longer wish to be a part Property Xclusive as a Loyalty Member, and receive the benefits, discounts & rewards, you can log in to the members portal and manage your subscription from there. We really don’t want you to go, but we understand your change of heart.
